You have to realize that cops aren't typically huge gamers. They don't care that much about graphics so long as they have some idea of what is going on.

Ah man, this is such an exploitable setup. I'd like to try it, at least with some racing game or GTA IV. The co-op simulation actually sounds pretty fun and rewarding. Some of the drivers they showed were really awful, though - I hope the simulation isn't accurate :v:

I'm glad the guy clarified that it's PS3 was an acronym for something else, Because I saw the graphics and thought what the christ... The more realistic a sim is, the better use it is as a tool, and that was no where near a Driving Sim, N64 games have better physics than that

the chick was driving in 2 lanes and was constantly changing and merging.
The guy who crashed drove so erratic that when the truck backed out he freaked out and started swerving.
none of them ever turned to look to their sides, and with the system, you cannot look over your shoulder, both of which will have you fail a driver's license test

Fail. No they didn't. They said the newest edition is Patrol Sim III also known as PS3. They didn't say it was run on the Playstation 3.
