Gas chambers could be brought back to life in the state of Missouri, where the attorney general has indicated replacing lethal-injection with the long-forgotten and controversial means of execution before the former’s drug supply runs out.
Didn't they think of alternatives like the electric chair?

Firing Squad is the best, it's the cheapest and fastest method.
Get rid of the death penalty you assholes
When people stopped giving you death drugs they were probably hoping you'd take the hint and stop this.
What's the point of making a chamber anyway, just throw them into a mexican bathroom stall
Machinery of Death would be an awesome name for a band
Why don't they just burn them alive in giant ovens whilst they're at it.
"The gas chamber has been dismantled in Missouri, so from a practical point of view I don't know how that could be done," chairwoman of the board for Missourians for Alternatives to the Death Penalty Rita Linhardt said. "I would think that would be a considerable cost and expense for the state to rebuild the machinery of death," she added.
Lets hope the far right conservative belief in fiscal responsibility wins over their belief in killing people.

They should offer an assortment of possible choices where the convict could pick one.
If I had to, I would want to get shot by a MBT gun or something.
They should just execute by mortar like best Korea
What happened to just having a few dudes with rifles, bullets dont cost that much.
Better yet though is just to remove the death penalty

I'm pretty sure they just have you shot or throw you in a concentration/work camp.

I'd go with the beheading.
Oh how I just love my state.
The only reason the death penalty should be considered an option in my opinion is against child molesters.
And even then, not a fucking gas chamber.
Edit:
Why did this get so many dumbs? :v:
I thought my logic was pretty humane.
I'd go with the beheading.
The useful thing about a firing squad is you don't have to give one guy the responsibility of killing someone. With beheading you have to find a person willing to take another's life and live with it. For a firing squad you just have to hire 4-5 guys and tell them all they're going to have blanks and it's the man next to them who has the real bullet. That way they don't even know who actually did the execution, less guilt. Also a lot less blood flying everywhere.

Are you sure about that? How much does a length of rope cost, and how many times can it be reused?

If we're going to have capital punishment, I don't see why we wouldn't do it using the above method. It's the only method I can think which is painless, guaranteed to work every time and also doesn't leave much of a mess.

Generally there would only be one blank. The rest would be live rounds.
Anyways, just fucking ban executions already. The justice system will never be 100 percent accurate, and one innocent death through the execution system is too many. Execution is revenge, plain and simple, and revenge is not justice.

What about if they murder in public, that can be proven beyond a doubt. Though I think if there is even a chance that it may not be the right guy that they don't execute.
Gas chamber could be fine, knock them out peacefully, and then fill it with lethal gas.

Who would even want to participate in a firing squad? Most people would be traumatized, some might be unaffected and I'm sure you'd probably be able to find someone mental that would end up enjoying it/completely going bananas.

Yeah, won't someone think of the poor kidnappers, murderers and rapists...
Why not do something creative with death row inmates, like make a paper mache shuttle, launch them into space, we learn more about our space at a lot cheaper price. It's a win/win.
"Oh this is RT, must be false"
But seriously, are they ACTUALLY running out of ways to execute people?
Yeah, won't someone think of the poor kidnappers, murderers and rapists...
What about false convictions?
Yeah, won't someone think of the poor kidnappers, murderers and rapists...
no it's more like "oh won't someone think of the money we're wasting on this pointless revenge-boner"

Last december the EU banned export of some of the drugs that are used for executions, plus companies are starting to refuse the sale of such drugs.
I don't think this is a good idea to bring back the Gas-chamber execution. It's a slow painful way of death and it's not really needed. It's like the Holocaust all over again but without the Jews or nazis. Unless the Department of Corrections in Missouri do wear Nazi uniforms?
Death sentence should only be an option for people who have a sentence 50 years or more. And it should only be for people are PROVEN guilty and not be wrongfully executed.
