All I'm really looking for is feedback on parts and suggestions. Also, I already have a decent gaming keyboard. I would love if it could be brought down to a 1k or lower with out dropping the quality too much.

Your keyboard is very overpriced, if you're only getting it because it says "gaming" you might be better off with the keyboard i have: http://www.logitech.com/en-us/keyboards/keyboard/devices/7062 I've had it for about 4 months now and i love it.

That's an old list, I had to change a little bit of stuff on it. I would like it if the price could be under 1k without a huge performance reduction.
Bump, I would like a little more feedback and hopefully maybe a rig closer to 1k that can run games like ARMA 2, Battlefield 3, and Skyrim on high.
A rig closer to $1000 means that you get less for your money. Bump off $300 for your OS and Monitor, which leaves you $700 which isn't much for your expectations. $700 probably won't run BF3 on high, either, but it's speculation at this point.

Which would you say would preform better and last longer?
Mine will perform better in graphics, processing power is the same. Z68 gives you the option to buy a SSD and have Intel Smart Response to use, otherwise they will last the same.
Alright thanks again.
