Woo! Rooster Teeth!
It's good for them, what they've become but to me it seems like the intellectual part of their work has gone flat.
It's literally just CG fights and dialogue explaining the next or previous fight now in RvB
I miss Halo 1 and 2 RvB, hell even the first Halo 3 season was good.
I honestly am sad RvB isn't red team and blue team talking shit to each other for a whole episode, with how dumb that sounds

Red vs Blue Season 6 was AMAZING.
Everyone had amazing characters, Washington was a very interesting character, you wanted to know a lot more about him, it didn't feel like a bunch of CGI fights, everything felt like it had a purpose, and the pacing and build up was perfect to the final episode.
Season 7 wasn't very good, you could tell they were just trying to get back the people who liked Red vs Blue just for the comedy and failed bad. They forgot that the best part about Red vs Blue was the characters and there were only 4 characters still present during Season 7, and then they had to go on some dumb adventure that made no sense just because of how awkward the situation was at the battlefield.
By Season 8 they had degraded into nothing but CGI fights and shit story, and in Season 9 they tried doing what they did in Season 7 again, but it just felt shallow because they were just quoting the first Season and doing the same things in the first Season and nothing else. And then they went back to CGI Fights all the time. Also, like Star Wars, Red vs Blue Season 6 never needed a prequel, the best part about Season 6 was that you didn't know much about the Freelancers but they had revealed enough that you could sort of piece it together and it still had that mysterious feel that the Freelancers were known for.
I didn't even watch Season 10 because of the quality of Season 8 and 9, but it's probably bad.
everything felt like it had a purpose
In season 2 where they show the gold church with all the other time clones for one second, and then they went into it 2 seasons later showing what it effected was fucking awesome.
But remember, Red vs Blue isn't the only thing Rooster Teeth makes. Honestly, Red vs Blue should have been put down after Season 5, and Season 6 should have been a different show, because Season 5 was the perfect end to the series and Season 6 was also a perfect ending, except for the fact that it was nothing like the last 5 seasons.
But there was one thing that was said on the podcast that really made me upset.
After talking about how crazy it is that Red vs Blue had been running for 10 years, someone asked if they would ever stop, and Burnie said that they would only stop when people didn't watch it anymore.
After this, Gus said "Yeah, but even then, we'll still go on. We're going to milk it for every penny."
It just saddened me that they didn't even know that's what they were doing.
still waiting for an apology for "the gauntlet"

fuckin amazing
-snippity snoop i'm an idiot-
Funny enough, Mega64 is in the backround of a lot of those photos. They also have the exact same story, being this is their 10th anniversary year too.
Their jobs are playgrounds.
Jesus I just realized I started watching them when I was in middle school, and here I am in my third year of college still keeping up.
Reconstruction was my favorite season followed by 2 and 5.
Ten years? I was a subscriber for their first four seasons, and I used to go to comic con every year. It was interesting to see them change between 2004 and 2009.
Man I remember watching RvB back in like 03 and 04.
What was wrong with the Gauntlet, I never watched it.
I remember watching RvB while playing Halo 1 PC
Everything is so old
Even when RvB is off I still frequently watch RT, the podcast and various lets plays are fucking great
Watching that video depresses me because I'll probably never be able to accomplish something as simple as happiness in my lifetime, let alone something people will remember me for like they all do.

I stopped caring about RvB, but their Achievement Hunter stuff is great, especially the Let's Plays.
Kind of went off track with all the CGI sequences, in my opinion. While they're cool and all, I'm trying to watch Red vs Blue, not some Haloid clone.

Everything...... How does a TF2 Console version tournament while being shot by nerf guns sound?

Like they were having fun?
I love Rooster Teeth from their RvB to their Achievement Hunter series and their podcast is pretty great too
I like how they didn't all grow into massive douchebags like certain YouTubers.
Gavin's the best though.
Like they were having fun?
Obviously that sounds more fun then what it actually entails. You will just have to watch to determine this.

Ray sometimes gets me in stitches.
besides Gavin from Rooster Teeth, I'm the only Gavin I know.
I still enjoy RvB, the newer seasons are not as good, but I still like them.

Their main 3D Animator is the guy who made Haloid.
The CGI was good when they used it sparingly, like when the Reds fought Maine with the warthog or when Tex beat the shit out of everybody. The last season I gave up on partway through. I didn't care at all about any of the Freelancers and the original crew seemed just like comedic relief to remind fans that, hey, they still exist.
But Achievement Hunter, the Podcast, and the Shorts (When they do them, I think they're over now actually) are great and keep me around.
So here's to a great ten years, and here's to ten more! (Unless Gus shoots himself as planned)

Still one of the greatest theme songs of all time.
