Hi, Been a while since I've been here. So hi to you all, hope you're all well and still enjoying the wonders of GM! I'm working new case mod, I'm not 100% set on the design yet. I was trying to think of good color schemes and thought of Black and Green, which then prompted me to maybe do an nVidia themed case. I've drafted up a rough visual example below. Just want your thoughts on this design. Also, maybe some cool ideas of other themes. Original Case: Modded Case: The nVidia logo will be a cut out window. I know the image editing is not perfect, I just wanted to give myself a good idea of the end result before all the work involved.
I like the original case.
The modded case looks pretty good.
Changed design slightly so the logo is in it original aspect. I forgot to mention I will be wrapping the case in 3M Di Noc Carbon Fibre vinyl wrap. A few more things I should mention, is that the window will made using green acrylic sheeting. The letters will be made using mdf, cut using a template then beveled to match the original text. I will then wrap the letters in chrome vinyl. This updated design give you an idea.
I forgot I made a post here about this. I have a worklog at Overclock.net. http://www.overclock.net/t/1358723/nvidia-case-mod-cooler-master-elite-330 It's about 80% complete. I am re-doing the front bezel as you will see in the work log. It's just on hold for now due to lack of money. I will try and remember to update here. Current State of the build: System Specifations: Windows 7 Ultimate AMD Phenom II X4 3.2Ghz (Slight overclock) 128Gb Sandisk SSD SATA III 500Gb HD SATA III 320GB HD SATA II 80GB HD IDE 12GB HD IDE (15 years old and still going strong!) nVidia GTX 460 2GB 8GB Corsair Vengence RAM 1600Mhz

I've recently acquired an Atx case with some basic components. I was thinking of making a garrys mod themed case. I would then sell it either as a pre built machine or just bare bones. Would this be something you guys would buy? My current case mod has cost me about £100.
