I'm thinking of upgrading some parts of my computer but I don't know what would be most beneficial. I have a budget of roughly £450.
Specifications:
CPU: Intel i5 2500k - OC to 4.5GHz
CPU Cooler: Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro Rev 2
Motherboard: MSI P67A-GD65 B3
RAM: 8GB DDR3 1333MHz
Storage: Samsung 840 Pro 128GB
GPU: MSI HD7850 1GB OC
PSU: Corsair HX520W
I know at least I want to get Fractal Design Define R4 and that's about £70.
Check out a GTX 760. The minimum power you need is 500. That would be cutting it a bit close. It's a great gpu, that's what I am currently using. I don't expect to upgrade any time soon.
What are you using the PC for? Gaming? Video editing?
What do you want to upgrade?
I mostly use it for gaming so it would be good if I could get more fps and better graphic quality out of the new games coming out. Oh I forgot to mention I have 1080p monitor.

-snip above is better-
Lol you just downgraded his psu by 70 watts
Oh fuck I did not see that :suicide:
Alright cool. So I take it that my CPU is still good enough for gaming.
Since my Core 2 Quad is, you're fine
I'm wondering if the MSI Radeon R9 290 Twin Frozer is worth the extra £10?
No xfx makes better coolers
