[sub]Heather Raybon before and after - as found in Faces Of Meth.[/sub]
MILTON, Fla. (WALA) - Santa Rosa County sheriff's deputies attempted to serve an arrest warrant Tuesday on Hamm Road in Milton, Fla. The fugitive they were looking for, Brian Mauldin, was not present, but deputies did discover a working meth lab.
When deputies arrived at the home on Hamm Road, they were met by Heather Raybon and William Hindall. The two told deputies Mauldin was not there, but deputies wanted to see for themselves.
Once inside the home, deputies also found drug paraphernalia in plain view. Deputies also noticed a strong chemical smell consistent with a methamphetamine lab and evacuated the residence immediately.
Narcotics detectives wearing protective equipment responded and found materials and ingredients used to produce methamphetamine. They also located 13 grams of meth powder and 32 grams of meth oil. In addition, a small metal pill bottle was found in Raybon's purse. Its contents tested positive for meth.
Detectives found an active "one pot" meth lab located in the bedroom and called the fire department due to the threat of fire or explosion. The lab was safely neutralized and removed from the residence by detectives.
Based on the evidence found, Hindall and Raybon were arrested for production of methamphetamine, trafficking methamphetamine, possession of felony drug equipment and possession of listed chemicals to manufacture meth.
Both are currently being held on a $35,000 bond.
Raybon has multiple past arrests involving meth related charges in Santa Rosa County. In December 2004, Raybon suffered severe and disfiguring burns during a fire in Milton. Investigators believe Raybon's burns were associated with a meth lab explosion.
The sheriff's office is still looking for Brian Mauldin, 28, for an active warrant for possession of listed chemicals to manufacture methamphetamine. If you have information about his whereabouts, contact Santa Rosa Crime Stoppers at 850-437-STOP.[/release]
Some people just don't learn their lesson, huh?
Also, she used to be a pretty girl... meth sure is one hell of a drug. :/
2009: The Grudge.
But seriously, meth is terrible. I can't blame her. Desperate people do desperate things.
Oh god, the lighting in 2006 and 2009 makes her look like a fucking mummy.
The 2006 picture looks like admiral Ackbar

She did this to herself.
I don't feel bad for laughing at those pics.
practice makes perfect
in theory
If at first you don't succeed, be a stubborn broad.
Don't you guys think the changes from 2006 and 2011 are enormous. Kinda cool how much we've advanced in medical science.
Although I'm wondering how she managed to pay for that.

remember kids, don't do meth, or you turn into a fish
How do we know she wasn't dealing meth to settle the money for the facial reconstruction surgery?
Must have cost a lot, probably didn't have any qualifications (if she could earn good money she likely wouldn't be making drugs?) so to some people I guess drugs are the best way to make money to pay off large debts.
feel kinda sorry for her
Oh damn, 2009 is UNLIMITED POWER!

then that's her own fucking problem to continue dealing out illegal poison instead of learning her lesson the first time around

if she never made meth to start with she wouldn't need to pay for the surgeries...

still, the government should have provided a way for a good income source
I don't mind betting she only started making meth because of shitty economic circumstances, yes it was wrong but is it wrong to think that it wasn't 100% her fault and we should be providing support to stop people getting into this situation to begin with?
Holy shit
She should be made to wear a bag on her head
2006:
They told me I could be anything
so I chose to be an earthworm
Not even once!
Holy shit it's like night and day! And damn she was sorta close to recovering too, well close enough to what she'll ever be able to be.
2009 reminds me of Rebecca Black.

I think the average empathy of a Facepuncher might just be negative.
