For prisoners you can be ANY sort of character, since there are different forms of Aliens in star wars.
Here is the basic prisoner only has 2 different types so far don't be scared to make your own alien.

Basic crew/officer is equipped with a basic laser pistol.
Stormtroopers got a standard E-11 and a thermal detonator, though Prison guards have a stun variant encase of riots.
and here is the starting map don't worry the map will get bigger as things occur . Also when placing your character it does not matter, sine this time you won't just be taking over there body.

I wanna be the alien that gets set loose on the ship and goes on a rampage, killing the ship captain, after which the ship collides with another huge transport ship. The alien lays eggs and infects the whole crew. The prisoners are trapped ,but some managed to escape, not knowing that death is around the corner.
The story follows guards, which get stalked by these beasts, and get slaughtered one by one. Until the last guard opens all cells. Once that happens, the aliens attack them and infect them. The ships goes right towards the planet H-56, a huge robotic planet that is known for it's medicines.. Some prisoners manage to get to the emergency pods, which contain eggs. Once the pods get fired out of the ship, the alien inside the egg awakes, and infects the prisoner. The species managed to get to quite a few ships and planets.
The guard and some of his prisoners have to override the engines, and try to destroy the ship before it crashes in to H-56. In order to get to the engines, they need to get past the queen, which is breeding in the elevator shaft. All power is cut down, so they need to use flashlights, though they don't have many batteries.
Once the engines have been overrode, they continue getting warmer, until the ship explodes. In the mean time, the guard and the prisoners need to get off the ship without taking any eggs with him. It appears that some of the prisoners got infected, but no one knows who got infected. The ship blows up when the guard and 1 other prisoner manage to get on the last emergency pod, which gets fired of the ship, and gets propelled forward by the blast of the explosion. The last prisoner appears to be infected. Both die in the small pod.

Colonel James Harrington exits the room with a cup of coffee in hand, muttering about being "Stuck in the middle of fucking nowhere" as he boards the elevator.
