Massoud Barzani said that Iraq was in effect already partitioned. He said that while the Kurds would play a part in a political solution to the country's crisis, independence was what he described as their natural right. Iraq's parliament meanwhile meets for the first time since April's elections and in the midst of a major insurgency. It faces the task of creating a unified government to deal with the escalating political crisis.
Yeah its pretty much guaranteed to pass A true Kurdistan is the dream of many kurds, the real question is how is everyone else gonna respond?

Iran, I'm not sure. They have a Kurdistan province, but I believe it's already pretty autonomous. No wonder you're getting screwed.
Up the Peshmerga and Down with ISIS!
They probably need a 3 state solution, Kurdistan, Shiastan and Sunnistan because this infighting is never going to stop.
Dont be so sure about Turkey. Our government is working hard for the kurdish votes, since theyre losing support in the west. Also, that governmental crisis is bot something to exaggerate. It may be customary, or it may be talking about a new unified government.
It is very rare for countries to cede territory away willingly. I have my doubts, especially when the Kurds in Turkey have used violence to further themselves.
