There has always been things like this. Don't act surprised as if faking ballot counts is new. In the South, ballot counters would just throw out ballots cast by black voters. However, I doubt this is a widespread issue.

Doesn't anyone remember the Bush-Gore election? I thought it was pretty clear already that shit isn't working the way it should.
