So the most corrupt police force in the US concluded they were right? Not saying I support Dorner, but anything from the LAPD is a joke.

Entirely expected to be frank. They were always going to say this. Doesn't mean they're right or wrong, just that it isn't surprising.
Every PD is going to say their actions were justified.
So what did Dorner know about the inner workings of the LAPD that warranted a manhunt with a 'shoot first, identify the body later' MO? They shot up a van they THOUGHT he was in, without warning. You don't do that unless you want to make sure the occupant is dead...and can't talk.

Little tin foil hat there bud.
help me I can only hear enya's only time when I enter any dorner thread help me
They weren't going Kill on Sight cause of what he knew. He murdered innocent people to start his rampage. Little tin foil hat there bud.
Please. A little tin foil hat is pointless. If it doesn't cover all or most of your head, the government can still read your thoughts, and will send officers to shoot up your van.

The only safe option is to wear a tinfoil bodysuit.
They never said they justified KILLING Dorner, because he never died. Can't corner the Dorner bitches. [sub][sub]I almost wonder why I bothered making a joke about this, the news in question is a joke enough already[/sub][/sub]
Do they mean fire Dorner, of fire Dorner?
So in short, the LAPD found nothing wrong with the actions of the LAPD. ok
The LAPD doesn't investigate itself. Internal Affairs generally does (as with most departments), and those fuckers hate cops I swear
The LAPD doesn't investigate itself. Internal Affairs generally does (as with most departments), and those fuckers hate cops I swear
uhh I'm not disagreeing but I don't think they hate cops as much as dorner so I'm p sure they aren't gonna side with him and come out and say "haha looks like he WAS fired unjustly after all!!" of course they are gonna say he was wrong
So what did Dorner know about the inner workings of the LAPD that warranted a manhunt with a 'shoot first, identify the body later' MO? [editline]6th June 2013[/editline]
I doubt there's conspiracy that deep where they had to "get rid of him ASAP" Most of cops were probably just incompetent pussies and fired immediately, even if it was at the expense of innocents.
The situation wasn't as simple as them just opening fire on some truck that passed them. There where a lot of unfortunate coincidences, along with the cops being told that it specifically might be him, that lead to them shooting.
uhh I'm not disagreeing but I don't think they hate cops as much as dorner so I'm p sure they aren't gonna side with him and come out and say "haha looks like he WAS fired unjustly after all!!" of course they are gonna say he was wrong
IA was not involved in this. The reason this is a joke is the LAPD is investigating the LAPD. Corrupt cops hate IA because IA loves corrupt cops. It's kind of a joke when you want your department investigated yet you don't want to hand the investigation over to the guys who's job it is to investigate other police officers.
So in short, the LAPD found nothing wrong with the actions of the LAPD. ok
Not exactly.
Civil rights attorney Connie Rice said the lengthy examination found no basis for allegations of racism and bias that Dorner made in a manifesto vowing revenge on his former colleagues and their families. .. Rice, a longtime department watchdog and frequent critic, was allowed to review the findings. "The firing was justified and his allegations are completely unfounded," said Rice, who spent two weeks reviewing the findings. "This guy needed to go. And the question was, even if he needed to go, did the LAPD get rid of him in a way that was illegitimate? And the answer for me was no."
So someone who is a known critic and watchdog of the police force says it was completely justified.
Damn, I guess LA's largest and most armed street gang is off the hook.
Not exactly. So someone who is a known critic and watchdog of the police force says it was completely justified.
She says there is no evidence. I bet most of it was destroyed a long time ago.
She says there is no evidence. I bet most of it was destroyed a long time ago.
900 pages seems like a lot of filler for no evidence
The roughly 40-page report relied on about 80 documents, including 900 pages of transcripts from the Board of Rights hearing that concluded Dorner lied when he claimed a training officer had brutally kicked a mentally ill man during an arrest. He was fired for making a false report and a Los Angeles Superior Court judge sided with the department during a 2010 appeal.
http://www.policeone.com/investigations/articles/6260764-Review-Firing-of-ex-LAPD-officer-Dorner-justified/
Nobody believed me when I said they were gonna destroy the house..
She says there is no evidence. I bet most of it was destroyed a long time ago.
Well, that kind of ends the discussion doesn't it? Your claiming there is no proof of racism because of something that you have no proof happen. You can defend any argument by saying "well I might not have the facts on my side, but that's because someone destroyed the evidence."
Either way, just glad he's gone. Preach about corruption to try to legitimize yourself, and then kill innocents? Not exactly helping your case.

They say it's true, you can't corner the dorner
It's like a murderer judging himself and saying "welp, nope nothing is wrong."
The burned man walks.
I heard he has joined the Dead Horse tribe since.
