Can anything happen to me if a test for a job shows anything?

I just applied for a job, and I'm not sure if they'll want to drug test me, but if they do and something shows up (I smoked about a week ago and I've been drinking a lot of fluids so I'm not really sure if it would) can anything happen to me aside from just not getting the job?

i doubt they're gonna drug test you for that kind of job. im guessing most of the staff are either on drugs or are waiting to get home to do drugs
I was asked to be tested when I applied for a job similar to this, and even if they do drugs they can still be hypocrites.

do they really call the po-po if your drug test turns out bad? isn't there some sort of confidentiality agreement or something?
