The beak looks a little too big and at the wrong angle slightly, and it seems like you made the wings too big.
I think it look very good on the other hand. It obviously isn't going for realism and the dots of color around make it seem its appearing out of chaos into an ordered state of being.

Not yet; this is my third painting ever.
You'd think in art-school we'd have painting techniques and methods drilled into us from the first day; we're only touching on it now, at the end of my first year.
