I imagine it'll be a short snippet showing off the design of the console/controller in the same vein as the old Wii commercials from when it launched.

If you're talking about the dmca's and heavily alerted "localizations" then of course people still care, it's affecting Nintendo fans now and still will when the NX comes out.
