Wow, they're making it sound like it is some sort of narcotic.
That's just sad that the police are wasting their resources on catching butter smugglers.

spreading crime.
I don't see why it was necessary to destroy the butter afterwards. It seems to be worth its weight in gold right now.
I can get it if they were going to sell it for jacked-up prices, but in that case don't destroy it, give it to the supermarkets and supervise it.
