I love this show! I'm really not one for drama or anything on those boring channels, in this case USA. But man, this show is funny and interesting at the same time! I like how the medical stuff is almost at a CSI type of level, as in things get very complex and it usually involves finding a patient zero. I know the season is already halfway over, so it may be a tad bit late to be talking about this show, but hey, whatever. Not like there is a bunch of story tied in to every episode; every episode stands by itself and just barely has any story relevant to other episodes tied in. I like that. It's like scrubs, just not AS funny. I really like the show for the theme though. I like seeing all these rich characters in the hamptons. Adds fun to it all. So what do you people think of it? Like it? Hate it?
What is this show even about?
TV is too boring nowadays, quite pointless IMO
I have never heard about this before.
Same with spook, never heard of it before. Only shows I'm interested in are Hannah Montana and Smallvile anyhow
This is actually a pretty good show, though the previews always make it seem incredibly stupid. Also, for those wondering, this show is about a doctor who was fired because a major hospital donor died in surgery, and he somehow ended up in the Hamptons and now he treats really rich people who pay with whole gold bars.
its p. cole [editline]12:39PM[/editline] goasts and me agree
TV stopped being good in the 90s, no exceptions
It's not a bad show, some episodes have been pretty good. I like that it's on right after burn notice :v:
Just shoot me. No really watch that show, it's better.

I watch this show every week, along with burn notice.
burn notice ftw
I watch this show every week, along with burn notice.
Same here! :buddy:
royel panes
Looks dumb
After Burn Notice I turn off the TV.
Sounds like a very unoriginal name for an unoriginal show.
It is ok, i watched it a few times. Same non-sense over and over again. House is much better.
It is ok, i watched it a few times. Same non-sense over and over again. House is much better.
It's still a good show in its own way. But yea, House is still a better Prime Time show to watch. I've seen a couple episodes on Hulu.
I've been watching it since the first episode and I like it a lot. I will say its pretty much just a combination of Burn Notice and House though. Still an awesome show regardless.
It's just Michael Weston M.D. [editline]06:26PM[/editline] Honestly I'm not a fan.
Yay another doctor show.
I like the show, but honestly there is one thing that makes me mad. The doctor knows of EVERY DISEASE AND THEIR FULL NAME. For christ sake, he can't know all of them!

[editline]06:49PM[/editline] I've even seen House do that.
Its like Burn Notice, but with a doctor.
i do enjoy the parts where he's like macgyver but a doctor, but im not a big fan of the characters as a whole.
It's just Michael Weston M.D. [editline]06:26PM[/editline] Honestly I'm not a fan.
Pretty much the first thing I thought when I heard the story premise. Same show, different theme.
Its like Burn Notice, but with a doctor.
It's done in the same style of Burn Notice, but I don't believe it IS Burn Notice, but just with a doctor. Michael Weston =/= Hank Lawson (I believe that's his name). Only TV I really watch nowadays is Burn Notice, and I decided to add Royal Pains to my queue because it's fun and interesting. I don't like that stupid emotional Grey's Anatomy bullshit, but this show did it for me. Humor, a fun plot, and good characters. It works for a summer TV series.
It is MacGyver of the medical world. That is what it really is.
