Looking for a cheap video card that could play BF3,skyrim,and dead island?

So im building a computer i have decided which parts to get except the graphics card I would like some help
*note dont make it over 280$

Right now i can play dead island on my current PC and doesnt lag and graphics are fine but when I move around it blurs out.

For those games, probably a GTX 560 Ti.
In the price range, and only a bit slower than the GTX 570. But overclocking it makes it as fast anyway, so yeah.
