Haha, yeah, same, got it just a couple of hours ago. Vending Expert is useful at least.
I laughed my arse off when I found it in my game and you see the plasmid chasing a splicer. So random and unexplained.
Unstable Teleport is my favorite Plasmid. I wonder what the effects would be if you could actually use it instead of just chasing it.
