I was slightly interested in this game until I learned of the way that the purchasing system operates.
Now I don't think I'm going to buy it.
Is this a one time buy, or a subscription-based game?
Managed to get into the beta for this. But haven't actually gone on it.

subscription
Gay :saddowns:
Hard to say if I'll get it or not. If they add a lot more missions and maybe some more areas, I'll give it some thought.
Why do they call it APB All Points Bulletin. Having the APB is kinda pointless...
APB without subscription = awesome
APB with subscription = Lame

To be honest I wouldn't even play it if it didn't have a subscription. The concept is amazing, sure, but the execution is god awful.
You guys are forgetting that the game comes with 50 free hours. 50 hours is already far more than most games offer these days. So even if you just buy the game and don't pay for more hours after the free ones run out, you'll still be getting a lot from this game. And not to mention the hours only are used if you're in action districts, you can stay in social districts for as long as you want.
was going to pay until this stupidly costing subscription fees http://www.1up.com/do/newsStory?cId=3179070
What's wrong with the subscription fees?
I doubt im going to get this but... $10 a month, isn't that pretty normal for a subscription MMO?

it isn't really worth it. It's not like other MMO games. Only three districts. Pretty smal districts.
