It's not legal if I sign up for adsense, since I am under 18 years of age, but if my legal guardian gets paid for it and he or she gives me the money, is that okay?
Yes it is legal if someone who can legally sign up for it does so and transfers the funds to you.
No one is going to care enough to prosecute you for it unless the money jumps out of the screen and rapes you or something.
