A real good friend of mine has the dream of becoming a photographer. She has been shooting on an old film SLR that was pasted down to her from her father. She has fallen in love with taking photographs, so much so, that she has spent all her money on film and processing, but now, in her current financial state, she can't afford to photograph anymore.
What I ask from you:
If at this point in time, all the "currently active users" Donate AT LEAST one dollar, that would be more than enough to reach my goal of $1900 to purchase a digital Canon 7D camera for her, by Christmas.
Ive been selling all sorts of belongings around the house to donate to this cause, but it won't be enough. I need your help.

I'm not intentionally being an ass but this seems like a cheap sob story so you can get yourself a camera. It's highly unlikely every active member will donate $1 aswell. You've got to take into account where people are from.
