I tried safe mode scanning with MalwareBytes, Avast and Spybot S&D and they all found nothing
Also the virus blocks image uploading now
Make yourself a boot CD. Kaspersky makes a good one.
On an off topic note I want to see that wallpaper
:v:
If the virus is restricting what you can do, and you can't find a less drastic solution I would just:
1) Boot this off USB: http://www.inside-security.de/insert_en.html and use it to make a partition
2) Transfer all your important files to that new secure partition
3) Format windows partition, reinstall
4) Transfer files back to windows from secure partition, remove partition

its basically the same thing.

The problem with this is that if the virus has infected one of his "important" files, then it'll come with the backup.

Try using TinEye, it's really good for this sort of thing.
