However, that's generally accepted today, to mean aliens. That said, in this day of modern, High Definition recording devices that fit in the palm of your hand, can we all just collectively agree to instantly discount anything that doesn't show it in such a high detail that you can see the martian flipping the bird to the camera?

We laugh at it and know what it's an RC hexacopter, but in Russia the study of UFOs is a legitimate job. You can get a scientific degree in that and people will take you very seriously over there. For whatever reason, the majority of Russians are massive UFO believers. Those Russians are crazy people and that's what makes them so awesome.
