Foxes are my favorite animals so this is just too damn adorable for me
How can a person find foxes cute? They're a bunch of pests for villagers that can carry rabies. They're killed here if they're caught

Because they're cute. There's lots around here and most people like them. I've never heard anyone call them pests.

A lot of people find Dogs cute, yet they are a problem in the cities of Romania and get killed if caught.

For a start, foxes aren't dogs. Dogs are useful while foxes are pests that kill chickens, ducks and so on. And every country kills dogs that don't get to be adopted once caught.
Even in the video they seem dangerous and aggressive.

I think something's cute if it looks cute, not if it holds any use. I mean, I think a stuffed animal's cute but it's pretty damn useless.

Well I usually don't find pests cute, but whatever. This is going off-topic. End it here.

Just a matter of perspective man.

Why do we keep cats? They are also useless killing machines.
If foxes are cute or not is subjective however in the video they are not really a problem for anyone's health, chicken or duck.

i don't know why you're finding people who think foxes are cute hard to grasp?

They killed mice that carried plagues and ate crops in the old times. They had/have a use, now we like them. Same as dogs, that helped us hunt and protected us from danger.
I think usefulness has some-what of a connection to the pets humans usually have. Parrots are beautiful to look at. And so on. That's just my logic. But I agree with Jad now, each to his own. Nevermind me.

It's different cultures, years back they were treated same here. But after modernizing farms the chickens and other livestock vunerable to fox attacks were put in safer places. Fox is not considered as big as pest as in past.
I see them occationally here, but not often by far. I see hare and pheasants more often hah.
Foxes are no longer really seen as pests here either, but an important part of rural (and urban as well by now) ecosystems.
It's in part since their population plummeted somewhat and we saw a hare overpopulation and in that chickens are no longer as attractive a prey.
Plus rabies has mostly been eliminated even among wild animals in central Europe.
Honestly not a huge fan of this fox village. I love foxes, but you can clearly see there's just far too many cramped into a ofar too little space. There should maybe be a fifth of them there.
You can clearly see it at feeding time. Foxes are very rarely this aggressive to other foxes during feeding.
There used to be a city fox here living under my dads car of a night-time and I often saw it when I went to get something from the shop.
Cute little guy, wonder where it went.

You're so heavily misinformed it hurts to read.
