It's.. decent, I guess. The powersuits don't play into the game as much as I'd like them to, and it does feel like a Call of Duty game.
I'm still buying it on the PC for the Sandbox Editor though.

Well, it's a mix of Halo and CoD. I think it's pretty nice though. Also, to get killstreaks you have to actually GO TO THE PLAYER YOU KILLED, AND STEAL IT FROM HIM. I love it, it makes people camp less.
Edit: In the demo I have yet so see anyone camp for more than 20-30 seconds in the same spot.
Who reckons this is because of the bad press the Xbox version has been getting

I did not know this, mostly due to the fact that I've never been able to rack up more than 2 kills in a row without dying :saddowns:
I don't wish to sound like I think PC deserves the most respect in the gaming community (even though it does) because I understand companies make games to earn profits, and when an Xbox demo makes you more money, you release it. But, I feel like PC games are slowly being shoved into the back seat, and I don't like it. I'm not going to buy this game, nor any game, which dumbs down [b]any part[/b] of the gaming experience on the PC because of consoles.

So far c2 hasn't dumbed down anything on pc. Graphics will be so much better than on consoles and we also get sandbox.

If companies aren't going to release a beta for pc then people are going to grab their own "beta" from the torrent sites.

There's a difference between a beta and a demo
I played this on the console already, I had a lot of fun and personally think it's so much better than the CoD bullshit, the suit abilitys allow you loads of fun tactics. Now I just have to see whether my PC runs it and I'm sold.
I heard the requirements are LOWER than Crysis 1. And does the xbox demo work for wireless xbox users?

Wow, I was expecting a ton of flak for that. Thanks, and it's nice to see we aren't all going to buy for the sake of buying. I understand getting this game on the xbox, but I think game developers have a set of choices to make when it comes to how they make and sell their games:
1. Release a game for PC that pushes the boundaries of what can be done graphically in a video game.
2. Release a game that is targeted at consoles that is bound by the limitations of the years-old hardware that our current console generation has.
3.Release a game for both. [b]If and ONLY if[/b] the developers first produce a quality game for PC owners, and [b]then[/b] produce a second, dumbed down version for consoles.
I'm also spoiled when it comes to developer tools. When game developers make a game, they must already have tools designed to help them make the game! Map editors and compilers, model viewers etc. I understand that these tools may, in many cases, be proprietary, but I would be willing to pay a premium to have access to even a dumbed down version of these tools with mod support(although I believe they should be included for free).
P.S. The game doesn't look like it does anything that has not already been done a hundred times before. I say this lightly, as I have not invested much time researching it, but I don't see spending any more than $30.00 for a game like this.

That isn't saying much. You need a better meter stick that any of the recent CoD games. After WaW the game [del]went down hill[/del] fell off of a cliff.
