Since switching to a a 1080p monitor, textures look blurry and low quality.

For Christmas, I got a new monitor, a [url=]Dell UltraSharp U2212HM[/url], and it looks great. However, for some reason, certain games have very poor texture quality now.
Firstly, my Specs:

Other games, such as Just Cause 2, appear to be totally unaffected.
I am using MSI Afterburner to control my fan speeds and monitor my temperatures. According to those charts, my GPU never goes above 60 degrees Celsius, period.
put mipmapping on the highest settings.

i don't mean to sound rude, as i am very grateful for your help, but i posted pictures of my catalyst a.i. settings in the op just so someone wouldnt say this exact line and yet someone did anyway
Try turning the Catalyst AI Off "High Quality" hit apply, then on "Quality" and hit apply. It doesn't seem that the drivers have responded.

I looked into this more by downloading ATI Tray Tools and somehow the mipmapping was set to the lowest setting. I bumped it back up and now everything is groovy.
