I thought the US had extreme issues with Cuba, going as far as to ban their cigars, but they're fine to host their extremely controversial and, from the looks of this article, extremely racially intolerant prison camp?

Cuba was a part of the US 'sphere of influence' after the Spanish American War, they kept Guantanamo as a port base in the Caribbean
