Well my Audio for my PC is set to:
24 bit Studio quality 192000hz
Bass boost: 3db
Frequency:200hz
Anything I should adjust, I'm trying to get the perfect sound for gaming and music, so far it sounds good, but can it be better?

Studio quality?
Why would you do that?
You wouldnt even be able to ehar the difference if you dont have a quality sound card and some really really good amp/ speakers/headphones. And even then you need trained ears.
It just eats up CPU man.
Cheap Way:
Just get good headphones or 2.1 speakers and your .mp3 music / Gaming sound needs should be filled.
Not so cheap way and costs WAY more but your sound will be as good as it can be:
buy studio quality soundcard and connect it to quality hifi amplifier and then spend few more grands on buying really expensive speakers to listen at your music/game sounds... oh yea almost forgot find some really high bitrate multichannel music and enjoy your slightly better sound quality.
.mp3 music and game sound files are always low bitrate and usually 44kHz so you won't need that 192kHz anywhere.
