Here is a list of locations that people have reported seeing the planes and cards in:
Minden, Germany
Bremen, Germany
Berlin, Germany
The Netherlands
Turlock, CA, USA
Winnpeg, Canada
South Africa
We’re looking into all of these reports now. How cool, huh?
What the hell, this is pretty cool. Flying camera shots are so funny.
I want one :c
I think it would've been even better if some of the planes (Or all of them) had small cameras attached so when someone finds the memory card, they can see where the plane went and how it descended back to Earth. I doubt it's possible, but one can always dream! :buddy:
Then a card falls out, reaches terminal velocity and goes straight through some poor unlucky fellow.
But really, that part where you could see the curvature of the earth was pretty damn neat.
Funny how you say terminal velocity but then demonstrate a clear lack of understanding of what it means by implying the card could actually hurt someone.
Soon Nasa will report minature alien spacecraft flying at their space station.
I hope i find one.
But 70% of the world is covered in water... goodbye 140 of those planes!
Oh wait, the OP title is a typo. Goodbye 70 of those planes then...
if i find one i'll post it
Go rathergood! :v:
Why it's on a memory card? I bet not so many people bother to look inside it.
Cool thing is people are finding them on the other side of the oceans. Meaning they hopped on some wind streams.
All the way in America? From Germany?
Shit, that's so fucking awesome.

It's to advertise their silly little durable memory sticks.
hmm the netherlands, maybe I'll find one

It'd probably burn up from the friction before it did any damage, if anything.

Tell me, if you found a memory card with a message saying it was from space, wouldn't you put it in your PC?

:foxnews: Somehow the aliens managed to etch human letters onto the cards. Is this a government conspiracy? More at 11. :foxnews:
plane falls so fast it cuts the earth in half.

Or they're bullshitting, they're unconfirmed reports, if they confirm a report that one was found in another continent, I'll be impressed. Either that or some samsung employee abroad kept one so he could tell everyone how it flew across the ocean.
That was so cool how they tracked the balloon on the way down too.

Well it probably DID fly across the ocean...in a plane, too.
Just a slightly larger one.
So it begins, maybe I'll find one I surely hope so.
wow i dont know if it was this or not, but i saw something out the school window today that was drifting along a good 50 ish feet about the roofs of houses and it was white and had a someone similar shape to the one in the video.. oh well :c
ITT: People doesn't know basic physics
By the title, I thought they sent paper planes with memory cards attached INTO space.
Soooooo cool!
Next step: do again, but with 1000 of them.
......Man, this is the worst idea ever. Even worse than the Mac.
Wow, thats a really cool idea
You two seem to disagree with eachother quite badly.
It would be cool if someone of FP finds one and shows pics.
