This is the barber's famous speech from "The Great Director" with "Time" (from the Inception soundtrack) perfectly fitting over his performance.

Is he looking at me or.... ?
...That was epic.
What an amazing speech. And this was a comedy.
That was beautiful.

I rated on your comment and it said: "thank babe".
SERIOUSLY I'M FREAKING OUT RIGHT NOW.
Btw this was amazing, Chaplin's awesome.
Shit, that was one of the best videos I've seen.
Reminds me of

I love inspiring speeches. And to think this came from Charlie Chaplin, a comedy actor.
That was incredible.
Whelp, I got chills.
I think I might have even teared up a little but don't tell anybody.
Charlie Chaplin did some serious films, and they were damn good, too.
He wrote this btw

Wow the ending was fitting
The actress even looks like the lady who played Mal. :psyduck:
The Great Dictator is such a fantastic film.
I've seen this before, but the soundtrack just made it that much better.
I listen to this piece of music every night before I go to bed.
Now it's even better.
That was seriously bone-chilling. I gotta see that movie now.
That's pretty badass
This was also one of Hitlers favorite films. The character Charlie plays in this is also a Jew, yet he gives a Christian quotation.

It's funny because he reminds me of Jon Stewart.
Also for some reason this made me think of Human Revolution.

"Chaplin, after being told Hitler saw the movie, replied: "I'd give anything to know what he thought of it." Hitler's response is not recorded but he is said to have viewed the film twice."
I don't think "viewed twice" and "favorite film" are the same thing.
That was really moving. I cannot even describe it with words.
For some reason, I imagined doctor Breen giving this speech over the broadcast towers in city 17, with all the rebels watching.
Inception had one of the best soundtracks ever
And this was just damn brilliant, even though this track always makes me sad :frown:

Well, uh, I'd do that as well If I intended to cry myself to sleep every night :v:
I listen to the Inception soundtrack every night before sleep. That shit puts me out like an artillery shell to the left testicle.

Except Breen's view for the future of humanity was almost the exact opposite of this

Eli then?
Talking of speeches set to music.

The speech Chaplin made is out of character for the barber (if you watch the movie), which makes it all the more powerful in my mind, as if he has suddenly had an epiphany about they way the world is run. fantastic words.
