• Video Editing Software For Older PCs?

Our communications technology class needed some PCs for video editing, so I took a stack of about 10 semi-working computers and combined a few parts to make 5 working computers. We have: Three machines with: 1.6 or 1.8 GHz P4, 768 MB RAM, 2x 40 GB IDE HDD One machine with: 3.0 GHz P4, 1 GB RAM, 2x 40 GB HDD One machine with: 2.4 GHz P4, 512 MB RAM, 1x 40 GB HDD There's 2 Firewire cards to use for external HDDs and DV cameras, which I put in the faster computers. I did a fresh install of XP Pro and updated them to SP3 so they're running as smooth as possible. My teacher installed Premier Elements 3 on the 3 GHz PC, which runs fairly well. Though I doubt it will work great on the other computers with slower CPUs. Can you recommend some software that will run on these PCs?
