Internet connection problem (possibly virus/malware related)

Hello Facepunch. My ISP is CZee, I'm using the wifi connection and while I can obviously use the internet, when I try to go to certain websites I get an error.

I went to Czee and they said it's most likely something wrong with my laptop, I went to Dell and they wanted to charge me $130 to fix my laptop. Fuck dell, I'm sure at the worst I'll have to do a factory reset.

ATM I'm running Malwarebytes and Windows Defender.

Malwarebytes has found a few adware/malware, but removing them hasn't fixed my problem. Anyone got any ideas?

Okay nevermind. I don't think it's on my end because whenever I use my phone as a hotspot I can connect to everything ever perfectly fine.
