Ok facepunch i need you're help i need a good recording program. I need it to take away background noises and stuff. Does anybody know any good program?
Audacity?
You can use expanders and noise gates to get rid of background noise in places where the track shouldn't be doing anything, but the noise will always be there. There are some algorithms that are meant to reduce noise, yet they all rape the sound. Based on the phrasing of your question, it sounds like you want something to take non constant noises out of the sound which would require manual editing. Audacity wouldn't be a good choice because when you cut from a track it shortens the track. Try Reaper. If you're trying to get out overlapping sounds, I'll just tell you not to try.
Check out AVS audio editor: http://www.avs4you.com/AVS-Audio-Editor.aspx
or free audio editor: http://free-audio-editor.com/
They're both excellent recorders/editors and have "static removal" options which work incredibly well. AVS is a bit better, but I prefer them both over audacity.
Thanks for all the help guys
If you want a professional grade sound recording software, I'd go for something along the lines of Protools (which studios use) or Sony Vegas. This is going to cost you big money though, but you can probably torrent them easily. Otherwise, Audacity would probably be your best bet.
MBox with Pro Tools package has worked very well for me.

Sony Vegas for Audio Editing? I think you meant Sony Acid.
i edit my videos in audacitty all the time
Cubase, Nuendo, Logic Pro
I use Reaper and it's the best DAW I've used.
i used adobe audition before I started using VST midi shit, it's the simplest though limited while still on the higher end of things. I use Cubase now, really enjoy it, though simple things are overly complicated
