So, I'm having problems with avast! I've just installed the newest version today, and this is the first time I'm using it. I updated and etc, and just learned I have to register every year. I have about 30 days before I HAVE to register, so I figured I should do it now. Problem? It won't let me. I've done both offline and online register (even though both are pretty much the same thing, the only difference is that I have to go to the webpage to do it), and nothing has worked thus far.
Other then that, the program is working fine, I just don't want this to hinder me later on as I use this program. Any solutions?

None whatsoever. When I click it, it says, "Retrieving information, please wait," for awhile, then it acts as if I never touched it. I've already tried reinstalling it, and it still occurs.
I should have mentioned that I've tried to register on the webpage, and when I asked to resend the key, it says that this email never requested a key to begin with.
