Facepunch, I need help. You see, My parents got me a nokia 5800 xpressmusic phone, and turns out its shat. Complete shit. It spoiled once, And we sent it for repairs. Somehow, my parents got me another handphone, and its the same damn model. Another nokia 5800 with a different colour. So now, it spoiled again. And I feel pissed, because they fixed it, and now I have the same problem as before. I have about 1 more year left for my phone contract, and how can I get a new phone? I'm thinking HTC. BTW, Nokia sucks.
you should call/go to the store that you bought the phone from, and say you want to get a better phone and they should let you get another phone on the same plan, maybe you pay a bit of money to cover the handset cost
I've never had any problems with my Nokia phones. Are you by any chance like my sister....you, know, the kinda person that throws their phone around, carries it around in tight jean pockets, constantly drops it on the floor and sometimes forgets to take it out of pants before washing them....and then blames the manufacturer when the poor machine can't take it? Seriously, she goes through like 3 phones a year. I have never broke a single one, I only replace my phones when they get old.
You should go to the store and tell them you're having problems with the phone and they should give you a new one at discount/no cost because of the problems caused by it.
I've been using Nokia for the last 3 years, no problems other than things the occasional reboot won't fix.

Nope, never in such a case. Always get it out when school ended.
BTW, the error is when I turn it on, the screen turns white, and stays there. Pressing buttons or the off button doesn't work. I had to take out the battery.
Ah the typical White Screen of Death i had this a few times my self on the 5130XM .Try Removing the battery for 10 mins and then turn on your phone.I did this on my phone a few times and it fixed. If this wont help then youre fucked
Sell it.
Get HTC.
