Also it states that he was consuming [B]and[/B] dealing drugs.

Near as I've heard, Rob Ford hasn't been SELLING drugs, just using them. There's a big difference.

The reason that they haven't prosecuted Ford yet is because they don't have enough evidence to try him and 100% for sure find him guilty in court. You can only be tried for a crime once.
