Well I guess that the title tells it all, but I need to know if there is anyway in accessing the root of a Genio Touch for I dislike the OS and would like to change the UI layout
ect...
I don't mind anything, so long as there is no viruses or spyware... I do not have warranty so no worries about that.

Nope.
Only Android devices can be rooted as far as I know. A similar process is available for iOS devices called jailbreaking. But as far as I know there is no similar process for other OSs, maybe Windows Phone 7
