Try deleting internet cache, reinstalling the flash plugin, then loading youtube again.
Some people solved lots of issues in youtube by putting https:// in front of the URL.
if none of this solves it, can you try loading youtube in another webbrowser and see if it works? Does other flash games/advertisements work properly?
Does the hentai do the same?
Are your Hentai videos fucked up too?
