They are this year going for 7TV. Then, they gonna shut it down, and get it ready for 14TV. It was known from start.

There is [b]NOTHING[/b] unsafe about it, and the worst what can happen is that the LHC gets damaged itself. It's deep underground, and doesn't do anything what could damage anything out of the complex.

LHC isn't going to destroy the world. A few atoms flying at each other at close to light speeds will not cause earthquakes. That being said it's quite funny what scientists are doing lately (bashing things into other things to see what would happen). And although it is all scientific I can't help but laugh.
It's not a new process....
And it's to see what the constituents of atoms are.
