Campaigners have won the latest battle in legal action against the UK Government over levels of air pollution. A judge at the High Court in London ruled in favour of environmental lawyers ClientEarth. The group called air pollution a "public health crisis" and said the government has failed to tackle it. ... In the ruling on Wednesday morning, Mr Justice Garnham said the 2015 Air Quality Plan (AQP), devised when Liz Truss MP was Environment Secretary, failed to comply with the Supreme Court judgment and EU directives. "EU directives" Exactly why we need Brexit folks. Brussels needs to stop interfering with glorious British Air.

That pollution comes from BRITISH FACTORIES. Stop trying to take jobs away from Britain!
nah mate, we can make that £350m back by chargin' em extortionate amounts for life-saving treatment if we follow through with the genius plan to privatise the NHS
I don't want to work for a private company. :( I sent my applications for a few NHS jobs recently, and I want to stay that way. But, as a certain major hospital going into special measures as of Tuesday has shown, the Tories are gutting the NHS. That hospital was fantastic for the 2014 CQC inspection, then new management focused on cutting its deficit. Now it is below standards on every category but caring, and management was directly blamed by the CWC. A rating from good with outstanding elements to special fucking measures. And Jeremy Cunt has the nerve to wear the fucking NHS pin he does.
