When I play games (any games) between 30mins - 1 hour, the program will either crash without a error, stops responding or freezes. I have the most up to date video drivers and I'm running Windows 7. Here's my Speccy Specs.
What made you sure that the crash was caused by excessive memory hogging?
I got my RAM at a cheap price and 3GB is not really enough for me right now.
So you are not 100% positive that the crashes were RAM related?
Well, it's a thing I first thought of. All you mighty PC pros please explain whats wrong with my horrible information given.
You can try and be more informative about your crashes, such as telling us the exact error code/error dialog and such.
No error whats so ever... just automatically exits itself out without my permission.
Do a memory test. There are tons of free programs that allow you to do them at boot, so do it. If it comes up clean you can eliminate memory. If finds a problem, then you know what the problem is.
What are some good memory testers out there?
memtest86+
Is there a reason why your memory is clocked so slow? I'm going to assume it is really 500mhz, but still, that is really slow. I hope you paid close to nothing for the ram.
That's why I want an upgrade.
