So right now I ordered an Ati Radeon HD 5850 but I'm not sure if it will fit my case, I have a Inspiron Dell 530, will it fit or do I have to buy a new case?
Do you own a tape measure and have access to google?
I used google and found nothing.
Specifically you will want to google the dimensions of the card you're buying, be it a sapphire, asus or whatever. Then with your trusty tape measure, measure your case's internal dimensions. Or post the relevant info and I'm sure someone else with nothing better to do will do it for you.

Find the card on newegg, look in specs, should show dimensions. Really not that hard.
It should fit if it isn't a 530s.
Even if it fits, that computer probably has a shitty power supply, and I'm sure it doesn't have a PCI-E slot.

I had a Dell Inspiron 530m. It wouldn't fit a 9500gt, mainly cause it was a mini version, it was a tiny card. Your 5850 won't fit.
