• ISIS killing dozens of its own members in hunt for spies
BAGHDAD - In March, a senior commander with the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) was driving through northern Syria on orders to lead militants in the fighting there when a drone blasted his vehicle to oblivion. The killing of Abu Hayjaa al-Tunsi, a Tunisian jihadi, sparked a panicked hunt within the group's ranks for spies who could have tipped off the U.S-led coalition about his closely guarded movements. By the time it was over, the group would kill 38 of its own members on suspicion of acting as informants. They were among dozens of ISIS members killed by their own leadership in recent months in a vicious purge after a string of airstrikes killed prominent figures. Others have disappeared into prisons and still more have fled, fearing they could be next as the jihadi group turns on itself in the hunt for moles, according to Syrian opposition activists, Kurdish militia commanders, several Iraqi intelligence officials and an informant for the Iraqi government who worked within ISIS ranks. The fear of informants has fueled paranoia among the militants' ranks. A mobile phone or internet connection can raise suspicions. As a warning to others, ISIS has displayed the bodies of some suspected spies in public - or used particularly gruesome methods, including reportedly dropping some into a vat of acid. ISIS "commanders don't dare come from Iraq to Syria because they are being liquidated" by airstrikes, said Bebars al-Talawy, an opposition activist in Syria who monitors the jihadi group. Over the past months, American officials have said that the U.S. has killed a string of top commanders from the group, including its "minister of war" Omar al-Shishani, feared Iraqi militant Shaker Wuhayeb, also known as Abu Wahib, as well as a top finance official known by several names, including Haji Iman, Abu Alaa al-Afari or Abu Ali Al-Anbari. :goodjob:
This is what true victory feels like. Knowing your enemies are that paranoid and dumb enough to start stabbing each other's backs.
what if the spies are killing the people to cover their tracks?
so this is what trudeau meant
is this what pure unfiltered stupidity looks like lmao
[vid]https://my.mixtape.moe/jwpnae.mp4[/vid] [vid]https://my.mixtape.moe/pxxxzb.webm[/vid]
I'll be honest and insensitive for thinking it but, that's some comedy shit.
I'll be honest and insensitive for thinking it but, that's some comedy shit.
How is that insensitive? Fuck those guys.
[vid]https://my.mixtape.moe/pxxxzb.webm[/vid]
I've seen this video so many times in the past, and I still can't tell if those subs are real or not
I've seen this video so many times in the past, and I still can't tell if those subs are real or not
They say Allahu Akbar (God is greater) a few times, but no mention of what it really means so no. Not real.
What if I'm a spy? Or you?
Sounds like a job for the Figgis Agency
You can bet there are also many innocents caught in this.
I'm getting some Meet the Spy trailer for TF2 flashbacks over here.
I've seen this video so many times in the past, and I still can't tell if those subs are real or not
Yeah his name is definitely Johnny Al-Knoxville
Information (or disinformation.) wins wars just as much as Soldiers do. I'm glad to hear they're in chaos.
How is that insensitive? Fuck those guys.
We've had so many threads where people have said it's wrong to enjoy other people being in pain no matter if they are a serial killer or someone preaching rape. Now, I don't want to be that guy and start those arguments here, but I would figure that a lot of the same people would be quick to say, "Hey, they're humans too."
[vid]https://my.mixtape.moe/jwpnae.mp4[/vid] [vid]https://my.mixtape.moe/pxxxzb.webm[/vid]
Its like if the film "Four Lions" got a sequel.
Yeah, no one deserves it, but at least this time they're doing it to themselves instead of random civilians.
Do you really think while executing their own people because they don't know who is a spy no random civilians will be caught?
Do you really think while executing their own people because they don't know who is a spy no random civilians will be caught?
Innocent people get caught up in shit all the time, doesn't mean we shouldn't celebrate the fact that ISIS power is declining and their destabilization will only make things better in the long run.
Innocent people get caught up in shit all the time, doesn't mean we shouldn't celebrate the fact that ISIS power is declining and their destabilization will only make things better in the long run.
Exactly, it might not be an ideal solution, but at least something is happening to show that they're getting weaker.
Innocent people get caught up in shit all the time, doesn't mean we shouldn't celebrate the fact that ISIS power is declining and their destabilization will only make things better in the long run.
Not saying that
Not saying that
What is it then?
Do you really think while executing their own people because they don't know who is a spy no random civilians will be caught?
It's shit but it's less shit than them being able to focus on their goals.
What is it then?
That
but at least this time they're doing it to themselves instead of random civilians.
is not completely true
That is not completely true
Ah I see

There's nothing to feel bad about in the video about their plans failing so like I said fuck those guys.
