As far as I'm concerned many of these parody montages just parrot the same thing they always have, just with better effects.

AncientReality though makes a weird narrative or theme, and happens to have some great after effects skills.

these kind of videos got pretty cringeworthy once they got beyond making fun of montage parodies and started slapping pngs of mountain dew and doritos all over the place in a bid to appeal to pewdiepie fans
ancientreality isn't really that much of an exception
