Who is more evil, Ramsay or Joffrey?
Recommending [url=http://i.imgur.com/4JwOKxl.jpg]this[/url] for alternative GoT banner.

Found an alternative to both that I think fits better.
Either you only put Lannister and Tully as major houses or most of those images are broken / won't load
That is an ugly ass banner.

None are broken for me

Fine, I'll use Canuhearme?'s.
It's spelled Ramsay.
Also that's a pretty shit OP not gonna lie.

Sorry.
[editline]24th April 2013[/editline]
Can we discuss A Song of Ice and Fire instead of my shitty OP now?
Just wanna throw out there that I can't get over how awesome Daenerys' name sounds when she says it in (S3E04) [sp]Valyrian.[/sp]
Just finished Episode 4 of Series 3.
[sp]Couldn't fucking believe it when Mormont died. He was likeable in a tough way, like you'd earned it when he didn't tell you to piss off. Had a fit of excitement when Daenery's took her army though. I don't get why she made such a huge deal of leading a free army. An army she bought, an army that literally couldn't say no to anything she asked of them. And I now don't trust Marjorie, I was fine with her manipulating Joffrey, but why is she lying to Sansa? Poor girl's had enough. [/sp]
I wish people would shut up about Ramsay for a little bit. I don't know exactly what he has done in the books but so far in the show he hasn't done all that much. Comparing him to Joffrey pretty much ruined the twist in the previous episode for me and from what I've gathered outside of spoiler tags, he (Book Spoilers Maybe)[sp]skins Theon alive.[/sp] If you have read the books, do us all a favour and let the non-readers find out what he is like for ourselves.
Season 3 episode 4 spoilers
Had accidentally read that [sp]Mormont would die, but was still sad to see it. Really liked the character.[/sp]
But i must say, the ending was incredible! [sp] Even if it was really obvious what she would do, it was very well executed.[/sp]

Dunno how you'd have come to those spoiler conclusions without clicking spoilers... as far as I'm aware everybody in here is actually really good at keeping spoilers tagged.

alright mate at least i didnt spoiler anything major
i will make sure i spoiler tag properly in the future
Even though I knew what was going to happen in E4 I thought they executed it very well and established her as a major player in the game. Daenerys is by far my favourite character, I hope she wins. Just have to wait for the next book.
So I'm watching Episode 3 of Season 3 right now and [sp] is Daenerys crazy? To give a dragon for 8.000 Unsullied? I mean they are like extremely capable soldiers and very well trained, but a dragon is worth tens of thousands of such men. What the hell Danny. [/sp]
^And that's why I don't like spoiling anything for anyone

Watch the next episode, it "explains" it.
Id say Ramsay, though enough about those traitors need more Stannis up in here.

Withhold your judgement for now.
June 2nd is going to be a magical day for me.
Was talking about this show with a friend and we never actually thought about how many stories there are in this show.
Literally there is so many different story's and I can't wait to see how they all come together more.
So many houses, so many characters who aren't really in houses but are still in the story such as Bran and shit.
I know a lot of you have read the books so probably know how stuff comes together more but right now I really have no idea, especially with the [sp]zombie things and shit from the wall making their way south. I think most of the houses will have to unite to fight them or something but fuck I dunno[/sp]
Hurts my head.

We're three books further ahead than the show and there are still about a million unresolved plot-threads that seemingly have no conclusion in sight.

I think I read somewhere that GRRM writes his books by character first, then organizes them together to make the book. Like he would write all the Arya chaptesr, then all the Jon chapters and so forth, and once done, mix them together to make the overall story.
So really, the books are a collection of different stories that at points overlap one another. I think it's neat.

[QUOTE=ForgotPassword;40417700]Dany's story is the part I want to watch more now out of the other ones. Much cooler character in the show compared to the first season.[/QUOTE]
Interesting, because at this point in the books, I lost a lot of interest in Dany and found her almost boring. I'm halfway through book 5 and I still feel that way. I almost dread Dany chapters (though they're no where near as bad as Sansa chapters in book 1)
Since I haven't read the books, is the TV show following the book like almost identically, or are they changing some stuff around, so that the show follows the basic plot of the book but does some stuff differently along the way and introduces some changes?

Season 1 was 98% accurate to book 1. Season 2 was nicely close to book 2. Season 3 I haven't seen yet, but from the descriptions I've read in the previous thread, they're taking a lot of "artistic license" with the plot.
I have a feeling that it's going to keep track like this, especially when they reach book 4 & 5 due to how GRRM decided to split those two (he split them geographically instead of chronologically, so the first half of book 5 takes place during all of book 4).

Later on, as in the end of book 5? Or one of the previous books?
So far, I feel Dany's best moments/scenes were b1 [sp]when she rose out of the flames with her dragons[/sp] and b3 [sp]gained the Unsullied army and taking back her dragon immediately[/sp].
[editline]25th April 2013[/editline]
Everything since has been rather drab, with (b3+) [sp]"oh no, ruling a city is so hard, why can't I just please everyone??"[/sp]
[editline]25th April 2013[/editline]
In particular, I'm getting annoyed with her repetitive line, [sp]"I am but a young girl, and know little of the ways of war."[/sp]
He meant Sansa
