Hey,
I've had Frontlines fuel of war for a while. When I got my new computer, I tried installing it, but there was a problem with a file in the Data7.cab. So on Facepunch, some kind person sent me a copy of their Data7.cab, and I don't know how to put it into my game disk, if it's even possible. I tried the obvious copy and paste maneuver but it failed. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
I'm pretty sure those files are locked down. I don't think you can edit the disc itself.
Dammit, that is annoying, I desperately want to play this again :(
Is there no other way?
Stick 'em on a flash drive.

Shit, I didn't think of that! Good idea mate, thanks.
Make a ISO file of the disk, edit the ISO file, then mount it with Daemon Tools.
Though you'll need a piece of software meant for making and editing ISO files, and the good one's costs money.
AND doing this is also borderline illegal.

Thanks for the advice, but I'm copying the files into my external hard drive, then making the correct adjustments there, then installing it.
