A smoking brother - General

I have a brother who is 15 and he is very nice with me. So im at school and I decide to go buy some candies in the shop next to the school, I dont have the right to go out of school but its not very what I want to talk. So im walking to the shop and I see my brother and smoke going out of his mouth. I like said to my friend "IS HE SMOKING??". So I get there and hide behind a tree and my friends are going to see if he really smoke. I see him moving to me, he see me and is saying "Your not suppose to be in school?", I said "Im getting some candies", he said Ok. I also said that I was not going to talk about it to my parents. But thats not all the story. This night, after school, im going to play hockey with my brother outside. So we are playing and etc. Its pretty cold in Quebec so he says "Im going to get warm", I was thinking that he was going in the little house. So he is going to there and im shotting, so im looking back and he is SMOKING. So he come back, im asking him questions etc. So he says, I will tell you some things about me. He says that he smoked weeds during 2 months than he stopped and thats why he is smoking cigarets. He is saying that he stopped many times to smoke but he was freaking out. He was also talking to me about the nights that he dont want to sleep the night to get the eternal sleep... Seriously, I dont know what to do... I need help I dont want to talk about it to my parents because I promess to my brother I was going to talk about it. I need help please.

Smoking, then he quit. Then he became an alcoholic, then he fought it. Then he did heroin, beat that. Became a gambling addict, beat that. Went back to heroin, beat it again. Now he's back to smoking. He's never done two at once, its interesting.
