Not a video game playthrough today*, but some music as that's what I do when I'm not yelling at pixels. It's a cinematic orchestral piece that starts off uplifting then goes dark in a Tron / Inception sort of way. Lots of strings, brass and percussion with some synths and other sounds thrown in for good measure - even features a bit o' reversed Harpejji. Feels more like a Fable song.
Very nice, I like it.
Nice work. What programs are you using to make these?
Thanks. :3
Nice work. What programs are you using to make these?
Usually my answer would be Jeskola Buzz, but starting with this track I've switched to Cockos Reaper. That plus some Native Instruments and Voxengo plugins.
Definately sounds like something from Inception further into the song imo. May i ask what NI VST plugins you used? :v:

Really awesome track man! Do you make music as a hobby or do you work with it?
I'm not sure if I liked the chord progression that much in the beginning, but I dunno it's probably because I'm not used to hearing them like that. Some parts of it sounded borderline off key or something film music and the like has always fascinated me, and I've tried to make it but it always end up sounding boring. I haven't tried in years but I don't think the program I use (Reason 5 and Record 1.5) is suitable for this at all anyway I don't have much to comment on it cause it's not really something I know a whole lot about
Thanks. :D
Your link for the download isn't working, redirects me to "Page not found"
Yeah, my site's down and it seems the failure point is something I can't get to. The server itself is up and other sites on the server are up so it seems like a Godaddy issue as they host that particular domain name.
Really awesome track man! Do you make music as a hobby or do you work with it?
I've done a bit of music work for some indie projects, some animations, a film, an xbox 360 indie game, some mods, etc. Some bigger projects are in the works but I can't talk about 'em yet. So clearly the D# and E aren't the most harmonious, but it was the kind of melancholic chord I wanted. The issue it creates though is having to then decide which notes everything else should be using - should the monophonic bass be D# or E? I went with E. :)
Definition of eargasm.
