Well, values are good but anatomy and proportions have issues.
Lips are messsed up partly because you outlined them and partly cause you shaded them to pop out from face.
Neck looks flat and is missing muscles ears are tiny, head seems as well but it looks like a human.
Next time pay more attention to reference image
