If you wanted to listen to North Korea’s English-language propaganda in the past, your only option was to buy a shortwave radio or listen to edited clips on the Voice of [North] Korea website.
Now, according to North Korea Tech points out, you can listen to the full hourlong daily broadcast streaming on the WRN site.
Based on a Monday broadcast, the sound quality is pretty terrible. In fact, there's so much static that it’s barely comprehensible. If you want something clear, you can always watch North Korean TV. If you need something in English, though, this is one of the only options out there at this point.

North Korea Tech reports that WRN is considering using a more high-quality satellite feed, so it’s also possible that at some point the feed will get that upgrade. Until then, enjoy your free daily helping of static and propaganda.
Finally I can understand the truth, right out of the mouth of the great and glorious and faboulous leader.
It'll be interesting to listen to the perspective of those in North Korea.
Anyone else trying to listen to the broadcasts but just hearing heavy static feedback and barely audible dialogue in the background?
I can't tell if the radio hosts are people are not
they breathe and do some fluctuation but it also feels very mechanical and it feels like the voice messes up occasionally.

Jesus, just look at him. I don't know if I should fear him, or jingle keys at him while blowing fart noises in his belly.
It will be fun to catch up with the daily adventures of King Jong Un and his amazing unicorns.

the recording sounds like it was recorded with edison's wax voice recorder
I decide to turn one NK station on and all I hear is, A bunch of grainy propaganda music and light voices saying: "Dhis Ihs Vhoise of Korera".
I think this is North Korea's weapon against audiophiles. Jesus.

I'm not really sure what to make of this though, I find it hard to believe that they actually expect people outside of best Korea to come round to their point of view.
Hopefully, they open up a comment page.
First thing that comes to mind.
